- $5,000 maximum annual benefit
Perio Plan – $650/person
For patients who need periodontal maintenance. Includes:
- 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year (includes one debridement)
- 4 fluoride treatments per year
- Exams and x-rays as needed

Do you take my insurance?
Yes, almost all types of insurance are accepted here (Medicaid is the exception). We also welcome TRICARE for service members. We verify your coverage and review any costs with you before your appointment.
What if I don’t have insurance?
You don’t have to skip care. We offer a Patient Benefit Program with two membership options:
- Prophy Plan – covers routine 6-month cleanings
- Perio Plan – for gum health with 3–4 cleanings a year
Both include exams, x-rays, and discounts on other treatments.
Do you treat dental emergencies?
Yes. Call us right away if you have a toothache, broken tooth, abscess, or other urgent dental issue. We do our best to see emergencies on the same day, and we’ll guide you on what to do until you get here.
Do you see children?

What sedation options are available?
We offer laughing gas (nitrous oxide), oral meds, and IV sedation with an anesthesia provider. We’ll match the option to your comfort level so you can get through treatment without any stress.
